Our Management Team
We have a small, but experienced office team covering: administration, quantity surveying, production management, buying, finance, health and safety, training, personnel and engineering.
Alec established the company in 1981 and has 40 years of experience in the industry, developing the business in all areas. Alec manages the acquisition of contracts as well as all practical on site activities and working relationships with clients.
Wendy is Co-Director and Founder of the company and is involved in all strategic planning for the business at every level. She has responsibility for finance, accountancy and health and safety.
Production Manager & Junior Executive
Philip has a BSc in Product Management & Design and a HNC in Construction. He is responsible for managing all machinery and practical matters relating to production and working relationships with all clients. Philip also provides our setting out services.
Purchasing/ Buying & Junior Executive
Rachael has a BA. She is responsible for sourcing and purchasing of all materials to complete the contractual obligations of the Company. Rachael
is also responsible for the supply of materials to site and is in charge of office management.
Phillip has recently joined the Company. He has a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying, a National Certificate in Construction and a Diploma in Management. He has a wide range of experience in varying aspects of the construction industry. He is responsible for the tendering process and the pricing and measuring of all works.
Sarah is responsible for providing administrative support to the office management.
